dramatic narrative or series of linked anecdotes featuring recurrent, named
characters. The successive drawings regularly include ballooned dialogue
that is crucial to telling the story. As in drama, the narrative is constructed
primarily through the characters' dialogue while other sorts of text are
minimal or absent.
