I'd like to continue on with the baseball theme from my earlier presentation. The sites that currently exist offer a wide range of things but no one site offers a comprehensive database for team rosters, player stats, and other pertinent information for any leagues other than Major League Baseball. I am proposing a site that would offer a searchable database pulling in information from Major League Baseball and other American leagues such as the Negro Leagues and present it in such a way that a historian researching baseball would find it useful.
