Welcome
Welcome to the web pages of the Office of History
and Collections of the Women In Military Service For America Memorial
Foundation, Inc.
Our offices serve as a repository for the
memorabilia of women who have served in or with the US Armed Forces
from the American Revolution to the present time. Our historians
and curators conduct seminal research on the history of servicewomen,
placing their experience within its historical context.
We are honored to share their stories and
thank thousands of servicewomen, their families and friends who
have donated photographs, documents and artifacts documenting the
history of America's military women.
