The Electronic Darkroom: Artifact Presentation

The Society for Historical Archaeology website has an interesting article on using Photoshop to improve the quality of existing images for printed and electronic publication.

The same author has another article entitled:

Turning Bad Photographs Into Useful Line Art
that might be useful as well. (http://www.sha.org/Research/TechRpt/01_01.htm)

Hmmmm....great stuff, but first I have to take another refresher course in Photoshop....or maybe more than one.

I forgot to ask you in class to look up Ehrlich's syllabus at GMU. He has a photo of the pond at Mason and it is flowing (like water, surprise) in front of the buildings that are still. I wanna learn how to do that.
