The following TAH events are open to all MCPS teachers

November 4: Sounds of History: U.S. History In and Through Music (3:30-6:30 p.m.)
- Join George Mason University Professor Michael O’Malley as he and his band play music representative of various periods in American history and discuss the history and the significance of music in America’s past and present.
- All attendees will receive resources (including a music CD) to help apply workshop content in the classroom. Workshop content will span the Grade 8 and Grade 9 American history curriculum.
- Refreshments will be provided.
- Please R.S.V.P. to guarantee a seat at the workshop.
