Will Riley is a web programmer on the Omeka team. He has helped create and improve many Omeka plugins, including CSV Import, Dropbox, Page Caching, and Simple Comments. After writing his master's thesis on the rhetoric of online petitions, Will began to design and develop The Petition Archives, a site for collecting, preserving, and geocoding records of political dissent. Will earned a M.S. in Digital Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Philosophy from Reed College.
