Where were you during the 2003 blackout in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada? (please include city and state)
Tell your story:
I was at school when the lights went out. We all thought they were just fixing the electricty in the school. A janator came in an told us that half the us is without power. Thankfully power was restored in about an hour.
