1. Download this form and send it to Patrice Mortson (pmortson@gmu.edu).
2. Fill out the form online
All applications must be received by March 23, 2007. Places will be filled on a "first come first served" basis, with preference given to K-12 teachers of social studies/history.
You will receive a confirmation email by April 2 indicating which field trip(s) you are registered for.
