These navigation forms are designed to help you experience a serious research project using a dream metaphor. No one has to learn how to dream. It happens despite you. It happens in unexpected and inexplicable ways. It is rarely strictly linear and it has sudden breaks and leaps. Each navigation form is different but each simulates the narrative style of a dream: with ruptures, leaps of logic, sensations, and sudden starts and stops. Each will give you a different experience and no one, in our minds, is preferable.
