State E&IT Accessibility Initiatives

State efforts concerning the development and procurement of accessible electronic and information technology (E&IT) are critical to the overall goal of increased access for all citizens.

A primary objective of ITTATC is to facilitate the development and evolution of such initiatives by monitoring the trends of state policy, legislation, and other programmatic efforts and then reporting on the impact of these efforts within the disability communities.

ITTATC wants to partner with state governments to provide timely information about successful accessibility programs at the state level; accessibility needs of state constituents; and other resources that can help to make accessibility a priority.
